A process that makes remodeling feel manageable

We start with an initial site meeting to understand your goals, priorities, and what you want to change in your home. After that, we do rough estimating and share a realistic ballpark price range, typically within 1 to 2 weeks. This step helps everyone get aligned before moving forward.

Once we decide to move ahead, we enter pre-construction. This includes a property investigation, finalizing design and scope, and working through selections and details. If permitting is needed, we handle that too. Pre-construction typically takes 1 to 3 months, and it is where we do the work that prevents surprises later.

When the plan is complete, we move into construction. We coordinate material purchasing, mobilize the jobsite, and hand your project off to a dedicated project manager. From there, we manage the schedule, the trade partners, and the details, and we remain in constant contact with you throughout construction.
